Welcome to the Little House on the Farm¸ a bed and breakfast located in beautiful Northeast Iowa. Inspired by the "Little House" books by Laura Ingalls Wilder and Michael Landon’s TV show “Little House on the Prairie”, our Little House on the Farm is a wonderful way to experience a mix of the past and the present. The Little House, a quaint 750 sq. ft. single cabin, was built in 2009 on the foundation of a barn that once stood on this farm. By using home-sawed lumber from a nearby sawmill, local craftsmanship, and many salvaged materials, the Little House on the Farm has the look and feel of an authentic pioneer cabin, but with modern touches. We have built this Little House on our farm hoping to give people the opportunity to explore and feel life in the country. And it is our wish that you leave refreshed, reconnected and at peace.
